    I’ll put an Oklahoma onion burger cooked in a cast iron skillet against a grilled/smoked burger any day of the week.

    I have been a charcoal guy all my adult life. I got a smoker this year for Father’s Day, and burgers in the smoker are actually better in my opinion.

    I agree, but why are yours so flat? That makes them dry out. Throw some meat on that fire! No need to waste good charcoal!

    Ya it’s hip to praise the smash burger on a griddle these days, and those are good for sure, but hard to beat a grilled burger over charcoal
