Cleaned out our local farm stand to make grilled corn and poblano, hot chunky garden, and mango habanero salsas!

    Approximate recipes:

    Corn & Poblano:

    – 3 ears of corn, shucked and grilled and dekerneled
    The following grilled and blended:
    – 5 poblanos
    – 4 jalapenos
    – 1.5 yellow onion
    – 1 small garlic bulb or 6-8 cloves
    – 3 green onions, sliced
    – 2 limes juiced
    – 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
    – 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
    – 1/3 cup diced red onion
    – 2 tbsp olive oil
    – 1 tbsp each of garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, and smoked paprika
    – salt to taste

    Garden chunky:

    – 3 limes juiced
    The following roasted and blended:
    – 3 poblanos (I didn’t blend these, just roasted and chopped)
    – 4 cayennes
    – 1.5 yellow onion
    – 6 tomatoes
    – 6-8 cloves garlic
    The following chopped:
    – 3 more tomatoes
    – 2 jalapenos
    – 1/2 red onion
    – 1/3 cup cilantro
    – salt to taste

    Mango Habanero:

    – 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
    – 3 limes juiced
    – salt to taste
    The following roasted and then blended:
    – 2 mangos cut into chunks
    – 4 small tomatoes
    – 1/2 red onion
    – 2 red bell peppers
    – 4 habaneros, deseeded
