My little espresso station 😁

I also have a corner dedicated to filter coffee and many brew methods on the other side of the kitchen so the tools don't fight with each other 😂

My espresso equipe:

-Lelit Mara p62x V2 with 9 bar

• Grinder Eureka Mignon Manuale with zero retention kit

• blind shaker MHW-3Bomber

• Neouza puck screen

• tool for doing WDT but in a superficial way so as not to ruin the shaker effect

• Normcore Tamper

I use filtered water with Zero Water, where I then add the concentrates.

I also have two little spectators who watch curiously every time I make coffee (in the photo, the bigger one, Leila, is looking at me) 😹
