Hey everyone! ๐Ÿ™Œ

This week, I decided to try something different for my meal prep. Instead of cooking everything from scratch or using a traditional meal prep service, I ordered in bulk from a local karinderia (a small food stall in the Philippines that sells home-cooked meals). I portioned out the food into containers for the next few days, and honestly, itโ€™s a lot more affordable than my usual meal prep service! Based on my calculations, I will be saving atleast 60% on this mealprep! ๐Ÿ’ธ

Hereโ€™s what I got:

๐Ÿ” Chicken Tinola (a ginger-based chicken soup with veggies)
๐Ÿ– Beef Nilaga (beef soup with cabbage and potatoes)
๐Ÿ  Boneless Daing Bangus (fried milkfish)
๐Ÿฅฌ Chopsuey (stir-fried vegetables)
๐Ÿฅฆ Lumpia (vegetable spring rolls)
๐ŸŸ Bangus Lumpia (milkfish spring rolls)

I will keep everything in the freezer and will thaw them whenever I'm ready to eat, which is super convenient. No need to worry about cooking all day. ๐Ÿ˜…

Check out the pics below for how it looks! ๐Ÿฅก๐Ÿ‘€

I would not recommend lumpia for a meal prep coz the shell will soften..and also are you sure that the meal that you brought is cooked on the same day..i know some karinderya only re heat the dishes they serve the next day if they dont sell it the day before..
