Lamb shoulder is my absolute favourite. On at 10 am off at 6pm. Barbie sat between 110c 140c and 150c for the last few hours (230-305).

Rubbed with olive oil, cumin, caraway, black pepper, turmeric and garlic. Pulled it off at 95c. Always delicious. We raise some good lamb here in Aus.
