3 large bunches or about 6 cups parsley, finely chopped, stems removed and use only the leaves
5 medium-sized tomatoes, finely diced
7 leaves fresh mint
1 medium-sized white onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons fine bulgur (cracked wheat)
A dash of allspice, or seven spice

  1. Thank you for the video, I prefer to also add diced cucumber.
    Also not keen on pomegranate molasses or mint. I put these in a fattoush salad.
