Ingredients (To make 4 Servings)
- 800g Raw Chicken Breast cut into cubes
- 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic or 4-5 cloves
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1.5 Tsp Paprika
- 1.5 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1-2 Tsp Olive Oil
- 15g Butter or Oil (for cooking)
- 25g Honey (For all the chicken)
90g BBQ Sauce of your choice
220g Uncooked / 540g Cooked Macaroni
300ml Evaporated Milk (Carnations)
60g Hot Sauce (I used buffalo sauce but you can use any that you like)
100g Cream Cheese (Philadelphia)
50g Grated Light Cheddar Cheese
1 Tsp each Garlic & Onion Powder
Salt to taste

Nice I’m thinking chicken and Mac too for this week.
I make large amounts of air fried or grilled meats so I’ll have lunches during the week. The problem I face is sides that my teens don’t hoover. Maybe if I follow your example and pre-pack the meals they’ll be safe 🤔
