Ingredients (To make 4 Servings)

  • 800g Raw Chicken Breast cut into cubes
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic or 4-5 cloves
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1.5 Tsp Paprika
  • 1.5 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1-2 Tsp Olive Oil
  • 15g Butter or Oil (for cooking)
  • 25g Honey (For all the chicken)
  • 90g BBQ Sauce of your choice

  • 220g Uncooked / 540g Cooked Macaroni

  • 300ml Evaporated Milk (Carnations)

  • 60g Hot Sauce (I used buffalo sauce but you can use any that you like)

  • 100g Cream Cheese (Philadelphia)

  • 50g Grated Light Cheddar Cheese

  • 1 Tsp each Garlic & Onion Powder

  • Salt to taste

    I make large amounts of air fried or grilled meats so I’ll have lunches during the week. The problem I face is sides that my teens don’t hoover. Maybe if I follow your example and pre-pack the meals they’ll be safe 🤔
