    Nice job! Plating is a Jedi mind trick that can overcome small missteps in other areas. No evidence of any here. Sides are complimentary and perfectly portioned. Looks great. If someone were holding a gun to my head and I had to come up with a tip, Iโ€™d say that on thicker filets like that, I often tie them around the circumference to ensure they keep their shape and cook evenly. Awesome plate!
