  1. Omg I love Ray Mack's channel also and I'm glad to see you 2 combine your channels, anyway my grandmother mother made crackling biscuits for us for breakfast before we left for school, I don't remember the recipe either didn't pay attention , I'm still looking for the pan fried corn bread my grandmother made no sugar for breakfast and a side for dinner with our main meal 😊😊😊

  2. Ray Mack is a cool brother and is always looking out for everyone — a Supah Soul Brother For Sure I attended (online) an evening of ministry and the service was anointed. Soooo yes….I'm already a Ray Mack Fan. BTW, cracklin' aren't easy to find living in a food desert soooo I might have to consider making from scratch. Thanks, Pam, for the inspiration you give.

  3. Miss Pam, you really know how to take a girl back to her roots. I haven’t had crackling cornbread in decades. Trying to find them in New Jersey is a challenge but I am definitely going to try and find them. Believe it or not, I’d probably have a better change go7n* to the Hispanic grocery stores. Can hardly wait.

  6. Too bad we don't have bags of cracklings here in Alberta, Canada 🇨🇦. 😕

We DO, however, have straight-up cornmeal, in various grinds – even in Walmart.
How is it that something so ICONIC to Southern cooking/baking isn't available there?
    It's a mystery 😮

  7. I remember as a little girl. I'm visiting my grandmother house in Alabama. She used to make this cornbread 😋. Yummy. Thanks for sharing 🥰

  8. Hi Pam, I have a food question. I have eaten can beets in salads most of my life. But I was give canned Beet chunks and I have no idea what to do with them.
