    Cook down ground chicken (season however). Add in chopped spinach. Meanwhile cook barilla pasta to directions. Blend 1 cup 2% cottage cheese with the sauce package until smooth, then fold in (DONT ASK DAVID!)one serving of shredded Parm. I mix it all finally in a bowl and then portion. Vegetable side is separate calculation.

    Breakfast chia is 41P, 15C, 10F.

    2T chia mixed with scoop of optimum vanilla, serving of TwoGood vanilla yogurt and a little unsweetened almond milk.
