His first ever loaf. He’s 11, and he did everything except put it in and take it out of the oven! He used AlexandraCooks step by step recipe.

My 17 yr old is making her own today too! She’s been feeding the starter for a week, today she mixed it following my recipe book, did stretch & folds and is waiting on BF. I haven’t touched it and haven’t even looked at it yet. I may take a peek during shaping. Tomorrow she’ll score it before school and I’ll bake it for her. My 15 yr old son has my sazón/hand when it comes to cooking so I can’t wait to see how it turns out.
This young man is my kind of guy. Not only has he been nurtured properly but he seems to have it in his heart to nurture his family and friends. I hope you will let him know that he is an inspiration to at least one person who has been cooking and nurturing for decades.
