My first sourdough loaf. Im so happy with how it turned out! Thanks for any feedback. It tastes amazing. Its sister loaf is in the fridge proofing for a bake tomorrow morning, but since the recipe made 2 loaves, i figured i would try the short countertop proof and go ahead and bake.

Looks yummy. I like mine a little darker, but that’s just preference. Nice and fluffy, bulk fermentation on point.
