Strawberry matcha chiffon cake with chantilly cream.
Had so much fun making this! My sister and niece came over to learn how to do some of the piping so it’s a little messy, but I think it kind of adds to the character haha.
Used a buttercream transfer just to do the strawberries and used gelatine to stabilise the whipped cream used for everything else.
