Once again, convincing myself to eat leftovers (and vegetables) by making it look cute. I've gone from eating fast food 4-8 times per week to just 1-2 times.

Ingredients:

For the egg rolls I used pf chang's frozen mini egg rolls. The eggs are hard boiled eggs, and I added some carrot shapes. The bunnies are just rice with some ham and nori decor to help cut the strong flavor of the chicken.
