This is from Bird’s Aphrodisiac Oyster Shack in Tallahassee, FL. The burger is full of flavor, cooked perfectly, surprisingly not too messy, and perfect size for some midnight snack leftovers. The onion rings are also top notch.

I’m pressing X. To doubt.

Looks kinda gray. I’d be embarrassed to serve that at a home cookout, let alone a restaurant.

I guess if you like a steamed burger and chewy half microwaved bacon, but I’m gonna pass on this one.

Birds has some good oysters for Tallahassee, never had their burgers though

Came here to recommend Vertigo, Wells Brothers, or Cypress but all of them are now closed. I haven’t been back to Tallahassee in a while but I guess I’m out of the burger loop. Birds is pretty good but def never ranked it near the top. I would put Gordos, midtown caboose and Kool Beanz burgers above Birds even with the favorites being closed

I see you scored an onion ring with your fries, always good luck!

Why stab a wet pickle to the bread? Sogginess special
