I first visited SingleThread last month as a solo diner and had a delightful evening. A family member was visiting northern California for the weekend, and our tradition from 2012 to 2018 was dinner at either The Restaurant at Meadowood or The French Laundry. With the former unfortunately no longer open and the latter near-impossible to book, I made us a reservation to SingleThread.
As was the case was last month, the food was once again outstanding. Billed as a 10-course tasting menu, because of the kitchen’s habitual inability to get one course to fit on a plate, it feels more like a 20-course meal. And in terms of service, friendliness flows from every member of the front of house team.
In short, I had another great experience and hope to have many more in the years ahead.

We just went last week and it was incredible, your pictures are great too. The tomato course was mind blowing.
