Easy Classic Beef Stroganoff Recipe

Ingredients:

1 kilo beef tenderloin, thinly sliced against the grain
3 large onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
Mushrooms 150 grams, sliced
1 cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Mushrooms 150 grams
lemon juice half a small cup
1 piece pieces of garlic
butter 25 grams
cream 250 ml
1teaspoon nutmeg for flavor
as desired, potatoes for slicing
2 pieces of rosemary
2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoon paprika

How to prepare:

First, chop the mushrooms and fry them with half a cup of lemon juice on high heat.

Then chop the onion and fry it in butter. After roasting, add the meat.

Crush the garlic and add it to the meat along with a little boiling water and black pepper and let it cook.

We put it in the container and after 2 or 3 hours when the meat is cooked, we add black pepper and paprika, then we add the mushrooms, now we mix the cream with nutmeg and add it.

We peel and grate the potatoes and put them in ice water and dry them very well.

If we do not dry the potatoes, they will stick together, then we fry them in oil.

We use it to decorate beef stroganoff.
