So. I have had a few people asking me for help. I have a beer-repair shop. After taking apart and putting back together these units I have learned that the plastic in the grid made to pierce the capsule easily gets worn down. No replacement parts available. The fault results in machine humming, pump pumping but no coffee is coming out. Sometimes water comes out inside of unit.
