i chopped up some leftover pot roast and reheated it in the leftover gravy and added some mozzarella and muenster cheese; a little creamed horseradish on a toasted kaiser roll and it was good to go.

    I can just imagine how the meat absorbed the flavors for even better tasting leftovers…

    Looks delicious! Where do you get the Kaiser rolls? I always seem to find really dry ones which is never fun

    This is why whenever I make pot roast I have 3 or 4 large onion in there as well….usually on French or hoagie roll though
