Top are Serano, bottom Jalapeno. I already my poblano and Arbol, what is best for these?

    Depends on what you’re gonna do with them. But I would either dry them, or freeze them. Either way you’re not really ever gonna be able to keep the texture. If you do freeze, I would roast them
