I went to the one in Chinatown this week. Great spot, kind of small and doesn’t have the best interior but it was amazing. The hand pulled noodles had such a great texture to them (sometimes handpulled noodles are too chewy for my liking). The cumin lamb flatbread was addicting. A bit spicy but so flavorful! I got the beef hot and sour hand-pulled noodles and it was amazing!!! The beef was so flavorful and paired well with the chili oil.

Overall I will be back, can’t stop thinking about the cumin lamb flatbread. 🤤

I love that place. You should try their veggie flatbread. It’s SO good. And this is coming from someone who used to only ever eat the cumin lamb flatbread you got.

Wait is this place highly recommended? It’s literally down the road from me 4 blocks away. I’ve never been except to get a bubble frozen drink when it was 90 degrees

Yeah just don’t order a bunch of American Chinese. My son and I just pick two things from the authentic menu. Hasn’t failed me yet.
