First time trying to pressure can green beans. I’ve pressure canned in this canner before and it has worked. I’m still new to pressure canning and would love any advice as to why each of the jars lost about a cup of liquid each…
Can I still keep these jars if they seal?

You can still eat them, as long as they sealed. More than likely the water siphoned out of the tops which sometimes happens with pressure canning if you release the pressure too quickly. Make sure to leave the weight on the canner until it’s completely gone to zero. I leave mine sit for about 20 minutes in the pot before I remove them as well and it helps but sometimes it just does that. As long as their sealed their fine.
Is this a weighted or a gauge canner? If it’s a gauge, you should be getting the gauge checked annually. Your local university ag extension office probably has info on their website if you have one. They will give your canner a once over and let you know if they have concerns. Rubber seals should be periodically replaced as well.
It looks like they changed temp too fast and siphoned. If they are processed according to NCFHP or the Ball book and sealed, they are safe, but don’t leave them in the pantry too long. The ones above the water won’t make you sick, but they will get yucky over time.
