Nice…keep it simple I always say. I myself just pulled the trigger on my very first espresso machine.
I like that tamping station, keeps everything in 1 spot. Good call on the Profitec Go as well, i got one about 2-3 weeks and it’s been like night and day compared to the Solis Perfetta Plus that it replaced. Even my crappy shots on the Go are on par with the good shots I would pull on my old machine. I’ve been super interested in the Specialita, I’ve currently got a DF54 but have been considering a grinder upgrade. Nice set up and i bet you’re gonna pull some awesome shots!
Solid ~$2k setup right here. Nothing humble about it imo.
