Ingredients:
– 3 cups (710 ml) blueberries (fresh or frozen)
– 1 avocado
– 1 ½ cups (350 ml) coconut milk beverage (or other milk substitute)
– ½ cup (120 ml) plain yogurt
– 4 Medjool dates, pitted
– 3 tablespoons (45 ml) honey
– 2 tablespoons (30 ml) chia seeds
– 1 lemon, juice

Toppings:
– Fresh blueberries
– Sliced bananas
– Sliced kiwis
– Cacao nibs

Method:
Place blueberries, avocado, coconut milk beverage, yogurt, dates, honey, chia seeds, and lemon juice in a blender and blend on high until smooth.

Pour into a bowl, then artfully arrange as many toppings as you wish on top.
