Double cheeseburger with gorgonzola, fig/apple jam and rocket

Greetings my fellow burger lovers!

Another one from my Mediterranean european kitchen. With delicious homemade wheat and buckwheat buns (last two pictures), two beef quarterpounders, lots of aromatic gorgonzola homemade fig/apple jam and as much rocket I could pack inside. A combination of sweet and salty flavors. Inspired by this scene from the british movie classic “Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels” from 1999. Link in the comments section.
