Easy and quick salad

Put lettuce in a bowl
Open a can of good tuna packed in olive oil (I used Ortiz)
Drain off the olive oil into a glass container
Add tuna to lettuce
Juice a lemon and add to glass container with reserved olive oil
Cut up half an avocado and add to salad
Add salt and pepper to salad dressing
Pour dressing over salad
Eat with gusto
