    Looks great! I haven’t had a real muffuletta in a long time and this pic is making my mouth water. It’s a surprisingly underrated and under represented sandwich considering all the variations of Italian subs out there. The unctuous and salty trio of capicola, salami, and mortadella, with deli mozzarella and provolone, and the briny and tangy olive salad. Everything most delis have on hand. Can’t call it balanced because it is a salty sandwich, but damn delicious.
