I will never forget this dining experience. The staff was kind and welcoming. We had a wine pairing. I am usually not impressed by wine, and I wish I had saved the name of the particular bottle, but there I tasted the fruitiest and smoothest, buttery wine I’ve ever had. The mushroom macaron was so balanced, and I loved that the cream inside was chilled! It was my first time trying raw shrimp as well, and now I’m a fan and always order it when I see it at restaurants (primarily sushi). The carbonara cream as well was delicious. I can’t wait to go back!
