Homemade Okonomiyaki. Turned out quite well for first time making it. Quite flavorful.

    Batter was cabbage, egg, flour and taro. Pork Belly, fried garlic bits. Sauce was Oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar and worchestershire. Kewpie, bonito flakes and shredded seaweed obviously.

    I used the just one cookbook and Chef’s labo on youtube for reference mainly. I think the batter could have been less runny, but very pleased overall.
