    Yeah groceries are expensive compared to income that is a cheap meal that will fill you up for under 20$

    I turned 40 and my stomach turned on KD. Can’t handle the stuff anymore. It’s a candian tragedy 🙁

    Awe that looks delicious. Simple. But delicious. Only thing I’d consider adding is maybe some maple bacon bits to the mac.

    Add some steamed spinach and this was a regular weekday meal in our house as a kid. 

     Mum would substitute the meat for whatever was on sale.  Pork chops, fish sticks, etc…
