  1. I’ll take flavors which are unrecognizable in my espresso for $400, Alex.

When I used to hear, it tasted “bright”. I didn’t know what it meant, until someone said, that it tasted from the bright colored section of the wheel…that was an “aha” moment. Muddy, from the mud colored part of the wheel. I put this on my wall, it is a good training aid for the palate. Look at the wheel when tasting, it helps identify the flavors, or at least lead you to it.

  11. There’s truly nothing that gets me going quite like my morning ristretto with it’s leathery notes of prune, coriander, soil and a meat-like mushroom finish.

Idk guys, mine either tastes like coffee or tea, and if it tastes like tea I’m done with that bag.

are these in particular to the coffee bean or the overall cup/drink? and if it’s in reference to the overall drink instead of the coffee bean, how does one make these types of variations of drinks? and if these the chart is in reference to the coffee bean, where does one acquire such kind of coffee beans? im also kinda confused as the font difference for the body description doesn’t seem that much of a difference to me.

    lots of questions 😭😭

My favourite coffee is a Guji & it tastes like peach, coconut & pairs really well with a coconut barista milk.
