Saw these red bois at the local Asian grocery. Have never cooked with them before, have almost certainly had them before but not knowingly.

I finely chopped up six of them, seeds and all, along with some fresh cilantro and parsley, and heated this mix on the stove for maybe two minutes with about a tbsp and a half of olive oil. Threw that into an 8oz tub of garlic hummus, mixed it in and OH MY GOD. THAT is how to eat hummus. /bows
