Today, we’re making a delicious and versatile,alternative to mayonnaise:
Taztaziki sauce.
Now, I’m sure you’ve heard of tzatziki, ,but have you ever thought of using it as a replacement for mayo?
Well, let me tell you, it’s a game-changer!

Cucumber, yogurt and herbs making it a healthier and more flavorful option for sandwiches,wraps, and even as a dip for fries.
It’s perfect for those who are looking to switch things ,up or simply want to explore new taste sensations.

Ingredients:
Cucumber 2
Garlic cloves 2
Greek yogurt 150 grams
Parsley and mint leaves 3 tablespoon (you can go with dill, coriander or any of your favorite herb)
Lemon juice 1 to 2 tablespoon
Salt 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
Cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon

Grate cucumber then add in finely crushed garlic
And put all the ingredients together and mix well, that’s it you are good to go.
(Some people squeeze cucumber and drain it’s water but I like to use it with all it’s nutrients and flavor so choice is your’s if you want to drain or add)
