How do you season your meat? Nothing wrong with a simple, low ingredient burger, but every ingredient needs to absolutely shine, especially the beef.

    Lettuce, tomato, no cheese.

    What an awful burger.

It’d be better with thinner tomato slices and a slice of melted Vermont sharp cheddar.

Buns look ok. Not a big fan of leafy lettuce. 2 huge slices of melted cheese would certainly help.

Some days it’s just gotta be like this

Famous? That’s a big statement. So I’m assuming tens of thousands people had had this burger. Or is it famous in your mind and to your family.

Genuine question: Did you have access to cheese or condiments?

    Otherwise, I have questions.

Desperately needs a sauce if it ain’t gonna have cheese or even onion.

They look okay but it looks that they could be so much more. I hope there is an acidic component there, pickles or pickled jalapeños or yellow peppers on the side. Something.

You might say that the cheese stands alone (in the fridge, that is).

Provided there’s no mayo or mustard on it, I’d eat the fuck out of that. Good job 👏

I like tomatoes to the point that I grow them, cut them, salt them, and eat them as a snack.

That said, the tomato on this burger is too thick for me.
