The recipe is from Mel’s Kitchen Cafe – “Amazing Bagel Bread”
I made a cheese (cheddar & parm) and cinnamon sugar loaf. The water bath was a little intimidating to do with an entire loaf, but it wasn’t too bad. They are SO good, might even prefer it to a normal bagel. They’re both already halfway gone. Can’t recommend this recipe enough!
