    I had a little pizza truck for a while and sold whole pies. Couldnt do by the slice for lack of hot holding. You cant just have pies sitting out in the breeze waiting for the customer to order it. What was your method?

    $4 for a $2.50 slice is outrageous. They do that in those communities.. advertising (20, $30) plates for $8 of food, and they then say “Wut u dun suppar blaayck bizness?”. Tiresome.

    I bought an Ooni and I love it. My question is what temperature are you cooking those pizzas on? Also when putting them in do you have the dial set to high?

    Those pizzas look amazing and any advice would be appreciated

    I saw your posts on TikTok and I was rooting for you! You paid for your max in one pop up’s time. One question I think others have also asked- did you reheat slices in the Ooni? I know for me I use my pizza steel to reheat but the grease and ingredients tend to spill onto the stone so I have to clean and re glaze it afterwards. Curious if you dealt with that.

    I respect the restraint when it comes to your cheese and topping ratio. That just looks delicious. Plenty of people out there want to load up on cheese and toppings, but you have the sense to just make a damn good pizza. You don’t need to serve me a big sloppy slice of pie with too many toppings to justify the slice. Just make it good, and I’ll eat it.
