I have multiple of small peppers on the bottom and the yellow pepper on the right (I believe it’s jalapeño). Everything else I only have one of. Any recommendations for a salsa I can make out of these peppers? I believe the pepper in the right is a Fresno pepper. TIA!

Dice em all with a red onion, two cloves of garlic and three tomatoes. Add 2.5% salt and ferment under the natural liquid for two days. Blend with an immersion blender. Season to taste.
Yellow pepper on the right is a banana pepper! I love banana peppers.
Broil or char them all up with about 6 Romas. Add 1 can whole peeled tomatoes – pulsed about 5 times.
Sauté about 1/2 white onion chopped in some oil , add in the peppers and tomatoes , about a tablespoon chicken bouillon , a splash or two of vinegar , a dash of sugar , 1 tsp salt , boil 1 minute , simmer for 20 , add a tablsp or two of green onion the last 5 minutes
