1 medium whole cauliflower
3 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Ingredients for the Green Tahini Sauce:
4 tablespoons raw tahini
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup cold water (adjust for consistency)
1/2 cup chopped dill
1/2 cup chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Step 1: Preparing the Cauliflower

Boil the whole cauliflower in salted water for 10 minutes.
