Growing up in a American Korean household, we always had rice and kimchi with every meal. What’s your constant accompaniment?

Hot sauce in many southern US states.
Repeat offenders will be sent north.

A large wooden pepper mill filled with multi colored pepper corns (black, white, pink, and green).

It bothers me so much when someone only has pre-ground black pepper in their household. That shit has no flavor, you may as well give me a shaker full of sawdust.

I always put Tabasco sauce on my Thanksgiving turkey then mix mashed potatoes with rice top with kimchi.

  4. I’m northern Greek. So for lunch/dinner, rice pilaf is a constant. At all meals, feta is involved somehow.

I grew up in a black household so the staple was cornbread. And id like to add to this day I think cornbread should NOT be sweet

Usually white jasmine rice because I grew up in a Thai-American household. Occasionally, my parents will give me and my sister sticky rice instead.

Nothing is always served with every meal

Each meal is its own thing in this house
