Great cook, my one tip though. Your first cuts were into the spinalis dorsi aka ribeye cap muscle, the most tender part of the ribeye, and IMO the best part of the cow. Next time separate that muscle, it kinda wraps around the top, and cut that into medallions crosswise. The rest of the steak then sliced just like you did (acknowledging the other knife comments).
Portion out the steak with cap medallions for the homies and whatever else for the medium well crowd. Style points if nothing else but it’s nice to be able to 1) spread the good stuff around and 2) enjoy the primo bites extra
