I often buy from this roaster, and it's always the same reliable beans that I know exactly how to dial in. My most recent order arrived today with 4 different 20g samples. It's very unlikely that I'm going to be able to dial these in, in one shot, so my question is what's the best way to make a drink with these in a reliable way?

Try cupping maybe. grind these exactly the same, pour same amount of water and try to compare taste?
Maybe ask if they have any recommendations on dialing the specific batches in (courser or finer?). But I do like the above comment of doing something like a pour over.
Use pressurized basket
My 7g basket doesn’t need much dialing in. 1:3, 21g out. It’s the same setting for just about any beans I throw at it.
Does require it’s own tamper/funnel though.
French Press / metal filter Aeropress.
