    1970s, it was sophisticated to serve prawn cocktail on a shell. Bright pink, on a piece of iceberg lettuce.

    This is actually not that bad. (Although I have no idea what those balls of food are in the first photo.) Attractive presentation, able to sanitize the serving things and possible to eat without getting a lap full of stuff.

  6. Not mad about the rocks or the scallop shell, those can be sanitized (the wait staff aren’t fans I’m sure). Hay? Wtf? Is that supposed to look rustic or bring a smell to this?
