You can get Sakuma drops off Amazon, but the Grave of the Fireflies tin is highly collectible and going for $50+ on eBay.

Sakumaseika Co., Ltd.(佐久間製菓) produced Sakuma’s Drops (サクマ式ドロップス) and Sakuma Confectionery (サクマ製菓) produced Sakuma Drops (サクマドロップス). However, Sakumaseika went out of business in 2023.
