I prefer medium rare towards rare which I didn’t quite get on any unfortunately but I’m still real happy. One steak was requested well, one medium well, and I tried to keep that center steak as pink as possible.
A good Gorgonzola sauce with fix a well done steak pretty nicely though!

If somebody wants theirs well done? We ask them politely, yet firmly, to leave. With great meat son, comes great responsibility.
