Kevmo, I love the dressing recipe. Great idea to start with mayo. I disagree about the warm chicken. I enjoy slightly chilled chicken, similar to the turkey in a Cobb salad. Warm chicken in a salad doesn’t work for me. To each their own! Cheers!
