The first image appears to resemble a red clover, a native plant here in the Midwest.
The 2nd pic looks like “Bittersweet Nightshade” (Solanum dulcamara). The red berries are extremely toxic to animals and humans from what I’ve read. Mostly identified by the purple flowers. It’s a climbing plant. They grow on my partially dead pine trees.

I think Pennsylvania Smartweed (Polygonum pensylvanicum). Could be wrong
Edit: Or water peppers but it have long flowers. So 🤔

Edit: Ranunculus repens because that looks like white patches on the leaves.
