    Makes me think of beef cheeks, which are excellent when braised and served over mashed potatoes

    It’s 1855 cut, clearly. Just before the 1856 cut but after the 1854 cut. Anything sub 2000 is definitely better. I had 23 cut, but that was of red angus. I hear the black is better, so this is probably more like an 457 cut of red angus.
