– Made with homemade chicken broth from a $4 rotisserie chicken carcass – 68¢ box of Jiffy buttermilk biscuits. You only add water and they bake in less than 15 mins! I added extra butter and some whole wheat flour to them -Dollop of cream cheese instead of heavy cream: cream cheese lasts months in the fridge, is cheaper, and can replace cream in most soups, pastas, or this!
Yummy. I made a chicken pot pie for dinner last night too! It went over really well with the family! I’ll have to try the biscuit method.

Looks amazing!! ❤️ I cooked a turkey yesterday and now I have an idea for leftovers, good idea to use biscuit mix to reduce the prep time, this makes it a good weeknight dinner idea!
