Im pretty sure its a bug or slugs, but no matter what ive sprayed on the leaves so far nothing has worked.

Yeah, like he said. They’re leaf miners. They’re inside the leaf. That’s why sprays don’t usually work. I usually just pull the leaf off. You can even squeeze the bug and kill it if it’s just on one leaf. But chances are there’s more. unless they’re on “every leaf” pretty much then you gotta figure out another way to deal with them. They’re a pain in the ass and can be a serious problem, but not usually something you have to worry, too, too much about. my advice, just do some research online about them.
