    Mine has this pretty often, I’ve read it’s due to fermentation online! I bet it’s delicious!

    People really try to get them as they’re kinda crunchy. Good sign.

    I live for the blisters, I steam up the oven and pray to the dough gods for lots of them, so I can bite into a super crispy crust a couple of hours later. So good!

  6. I’ve heard that they are signs of slow fermentation in the fridge.
